In the News

People often walk in to our rescue and think it seems like a fun and easy job playing with our furry friends, and it frequently is fun! But it also takes a lot of hard work, dedication and sometimes heartbreaks.

Those who volunteer at our rescue really care about animals, and reading our stories below you will get the realistic view of what we do to save lives. Our volunteers are more then just playing with our furry friends, but more accurately, an animal’s best friend – getting a dog safely out of traffic, or an abused lifestyle, taking in a momma and her litter of kittens that were fending for themselves, and/or cleaning up colonies and mending the hurt and broken forgotten pets. This is especially difficult since we are not government funded and completely depend on donations from the public and our on-going fundraisers.

Beamsville 4Paw Rescue is a non-cage, non-kill rescue and all our animals are living in a foster family home,  so that people will feel welcome and eager to adopt our beloved pets, and interact with them in a home environment.

By adopting from your local shelter or rescue, you are giving back to your community instead of helping cruel breeders profit and giving an animal a second chance of love.

We are constantly working hard to help rescue animals and work on providing a healthy and happy journey to their forever homes!
